Such a fun collaboration! We fermented a blend of habaneros, peaches, red bell peppers and onions. Once fermented to perfection, we passed this baby on to Gindo for the finishing touches - including Fatali, Carmen and Sugar Rush Peach peppers, as well as a blend of the finest spices and some other amazing ingredients! The final product takes your tongue on an amazing journey from fruity to spicy with an almost smoky finish.
