This sauce features a blend of Scotch Bonnet peppers and... you guessed it... bourbon!
You get a nice fruity burn on the front and the bourbon flavor comes through very nicely on the finish. It makes an amazing addition to all sorts of dishes, as well as a very tasty sauce for wings or as a marinade.
